1. Returns Eligibility:
We accept returns within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached. Please ensure that the product is free from any damage, stains, or signs of wear.
2. Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at peace@mhpme.in. Kindly provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization, if applicable.
3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or size sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.
4. Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for T-Shirts and Hoodies. If you need a different size or design, kindly return the item according to our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
